Weekdays only – 8am to 3:30pm, Monday to Friday – No weekends

Do you thrive in a hands-on role surrounded by greenery? Are you great with people and ready to make a difference in their gardens? We're looking for a friendly, proactive Nursery Assistant to become an important part of our growing team.

What you'll do:
  • Be the friendly face customers rely on for plant and product advice (retail & wholesale)
  • Handle phone enquiries and sales with a professional, helpful approach
  • Restock, unload deliveries, and keep the nursery safe and tidy
  • Care for plants – watering, labelling, merchandising indoor & outdoor displays
  • Contribute to social media and marketing during the week – strong computer & Microsoft Office skills essential

What we're looking for:

  • Passion for plants, gardening, or horticulture (experience preferred but not required)

  • A positive attitude with great customer service skills

  • MR or forklift licence a bonus, not a dealbreaker
