You'll be able to focus on delivering high-quality dentistry, not chasing patients or doing admin.

A few of the current dentists have moved from Melbourne and built full books and waitlists within weeks.

And if you do implants, you'll have the opportunity to take on the majority of those cases.

WHAT'S ON OFFER

  • High patient demand - full books from day one
  • 40–45% commission structure (sliding scale)
  • Work in your areas of interest: general dentistry, implants, cosmetic, surgical, ortho etc - there will be plenty of patients either way
  • If you do implants, you'll take on the majority of those cases
  • Access to a full-service, in-house dental lab run by ceramists
  • Having an integrated wellness service centre leads to more foot traffic for you and overall care for your patients

THE PRACTICE

This 6-chair, premium clinic is known for its focus on an innovative patient experience, quality care, and a calm, modern aesthetic. With an on-site full-service lab run by dental technicians and ceramists and a full-service health & wellness clinic next door, the practice offers a unique, multidisciplinary model.

The environment is spacious, thoughtfully designed, and centred around creating a comfortable, welcoming experience for your patients.

You'll join a supportive team, long-term staff, and a Principal who's stepping back from clinical work to focus on supporting Associates and business growth.

ABOUT YOU

  • 4+ years of experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and patient rapport are essential – you focus on building lasting patient relationships
  • Attitude and commitment to patient care as well as the willingness to listen and learn
  • Team-oriented with a growth mindset
  • AHPRA registered with current indemnity insurance
  • You have a growth mindset and are always open to improvement and learning new things
