The Opportunity:

Reporting directly to an
exceptional CFO
, the Financial Controller will play a pivotal role in shaping the financial operations of the business. This is more than a traditional FC role — it's an opportunity to
drive continuous improvement
, support business transformation, and provide meaningful insights that influence decision-making at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day financial management, including month-end, compliance, and reporting.
• Oversee the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with external auditors.
• Partner with operational teams to deliver financial insights and improve performance.
• Enhance systems, processes, and controls in line with growth and best practice.
• Support strategic initiatives, forecasting, and budgeting processes.

About You:

We are seeking a
technically strong Financial Controller
,
Finance Manager
, or
Senior Accountant
ready to step up. You will be CPA or CA qualified with a strong foundation in financial reporting, compliance, and team leadership. Experience in a dynamic, fast-paced environment – ideally within consumer goods, retail, or FMCG – will be highly regarded.
