Your role

We are seeking an experienced Intake Officers to join our amazing team, located at any of our bases across Perth or even Bunbury. These positions are full-time on either a permanent or fixed term contract.

Reporting to the Team Leader - Customer Liaison, the purpose of your role is to provide prospective and new customers, their families and/or representatives with a responsive service that promotes seamless onboarding from the process of applying for services through to commencement of therapy services.

You will be responsible for the implementation of a coordinated intake process that identifies customer support needs including co-designing supports, development of service quotes, customer service agreements and the collation and management of accurate customer specific records in the CRM system. As an Intake Officer you will instill confidence in potential customers and stakeholders to choose Therapy Focus as their provider of choice.

What makes you the right candidate?

  • Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the allied health, NDIS or disability support sector
  • Exceptional customer service skills and well-developed written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to communicate with people of difference backgrounds and abilities in order to support customers to access Therapy Focus services
  • High attention to detail and the ability to find solutions and work with people to resolve problems
  • Sound knowledge of computer software applications such as scheduling software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Ability to actively listen to and respond appropriately to customer feedback
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Experience with records management systems and data accuracy
  • Time management capability with the ability to multi-task in a constantly changing environment
