We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong technology background to lead a critical 6-month integration project, working closely with senior management and multiple agencies to deliver a suite of customizations and integrations for our Drupal website and Zoho CRM ecosystem

What You'll Do

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of a 6-month technology project focused on Drupal and Zoho integrations and customizations.
• Manage relationships with multiple external development agencies, internal teams, and vendor partners.
• Develop project plans, set milestones, monitor progress, budget, and ensure on-time, on-budget completion.
• Facilitate technical workshops, discussions, and decision-making for Drupal CMS and Zoho CRM changes.
• Identify and resolve issues, risks, and bottlenecks proactively across diverse stakeholders.

What We're Looking For

• The ideal candidate will be a trusted and collaborative leader, capable of fostering innovation and encouraging rigorous evaluation
• Proven experience as a Project Manager leading tech-focused projects (ideally with web platforms or SaaS/CRM tools).
• Hands-on knowledge or working experience with Drupal CMS and Zoho CRM (customization and integration) would be preferable
• Technical background: prior coding experience (PHP/JavaScript/Zoho or similar) is highly desirable.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills—the ability to engage with agencies, technical specialists, staff, and executives.
• Highly organized, solution-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, hybrid working environments, procurement, and vendor management.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, engineering, or related field are advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle of a six-month Drupal/Zoho customisation and integration project involving internal stakeholders and external agencies.
• Develop and drive project plans with clear milestones, budgets, resourcing, and risk management.
• Coordinate vendors, teams, and documentation to ensure deliverables meet technical and business requirements.
• Facilitate project meetings, communicate updates, and manage cross-agency collaboration for timely outcomes.
• Champion solution quality, accessibility, user experience and data security

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience as a project manager delivering complex technology/web/CRM projects, ideally using Agile/Scrum.
• Familiarity with Drupal CMS and Zoho CRM; direct coding/technical experience (PHP, JavaScript or Zoho customisations) highly regarded.
• Experience managing external technical vendors, suppliers, or agencies for platform development.
• Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Tertiary qualifications in IT, computer science, engineering, or related discipline preferred.
