Senior Food Technologist Wanted

It's a thrilling time to join us - and we're looking for a Senior Food Technologist to help lead the charge


Your Recipe for Success:

  • Lead NPD and R&D projects from concept to shelf
  • Collaborate across departments to bring ideas to life
  • Trial new ingredients, packaging, and shelf-life solutions
  • Mentor and inspire your team to rise like perfectly proofed dough
  • Ensure every product meets FSANZ and food safety standards

We're proudly regionally located in Maryborough, Victoria - less than 2 hours from
Melbourne, and under 1 hour from Bendigo and Ballarat. That means:

You Bring:

  • A degree in Food Tech, Chemical Engineering or similar
  • 5+ years of NPD experience (bonus points for baking)
  • A zest for creativity, resilience, and bold ideas
  • Knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and all the tasty acronyms
  • Leadership skills that inspire and elevate
