Summary:

The Car Detailer is responsible for cleaning the interior and exterior of vehicles, identifying damage, and ensuring that vehicles are in good condition before returning them to customers. This job requires strong attention to detail and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Wash, wax, and buff the exterior of vehicles
  • Clean and vacuum the interior of vehicles
  • Inspect vehicles for damage and report any issues
  • Apply protective coatings to surfaces
  • Use appropriate chemicals and tools to remove dirt, stains, and grease
  • Explain cleaning procedures to customers
  • Report maintenance requirements for equipment and tools
  • Follow safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous car detailing or washing experience preferred
  • Knowledge of cleaning equipment and chemicals
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to identify damage
  • Physical abilities to perform cleaning tasks
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
