Key Responsibilities

• Perform installations, servicing, and repairs of garage doors and gates, including automation systems.
• Maintain high standards of safety, quality, and customer service.
• Support the Sales and Business Managers with technical input for quotes and job planning.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues on-site.
• Ensure tools, vehicles, and inventory are maintained and ready for use.

• ATA (Automatic Technology Australia) motors and control systems
• All other major brands of garage doors, gates, and automation systems
• Wireless access systems, smart home integrations, and safety sensors
• Job management and scheduling software for efficient workflow

Skills & Experience

• Proven hands-on experience in garage door and/or gate installation and servicing.
• Strong leadership qualities with the ability to guide and support a team.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with B&D and ATA products (preferred) and other garage door and gate motors / hardware
• Ability to interpret technical manuals and installation guides.
• Current driver's licence (mandatory).
• Relevant trade qualifications or certifications (advantageous).
