An exciting opportunity has become available for a Leasing Consultant to join our dynamic and growing team — this role has only become available due to internal promotions

About the Role:

You'll play a key role in our Property Management department, assisting our team and clients by:

• Conducting routine inspections and In-going condition reports
• Hosting open homes and showcasing properties to prospective tenants on both Saturday & Wednesday or by appointment
• Delivering exceptional client service and maintaining strong relationships with tenants and landlords
• Supporting the team with day-to-day leasing and administrative duties
• Day off in lieu of working Saturday

About You:

We're looking for someone who is:

• Young, vibrant and professional with a positive attitude
• Confident, organised, and a natural people person
• Well-presented and takes pride in their work
• Holds a current Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence
• Has a reliable car and driver's licence
