Job Description

As an Examination Administrator you would be responsible for coordinating the examination process online and in person with candidates. This role is responsible for organising sessions, preparing tests, and supervising and supporting candidates through the examination process. In addition, this role is responsible for reviewing results to ensure responses align to ADF requirements and managing other administrative task to ensure candidate's progress through.

You will:

  • Organise, prepare and supervise examination sessions in accordance with established standards, ensuring consistency in practices nationally.
  • Interpret assessment results of candidates and ensure relevant information is available to Psychologists and appropriate stakeholders.
  • Manage and maintain psychology administrative records and test materials in accordance within strict policy guidelines
  • Work across multiple platforms, whilst actively listening and actioning requests.
  • Prioritise workload appropriately to deliver to set targets and move candidates through examinations processes, ensure excellent candidate care and work towards a successful enlistment intake.
  • Meet all internal training requirements of an Examination Administrator, as required by industry and/or the ADF.
  • Develop, manage and maintain a high service level client relationship through the provision of services that meet or exceed the expectations of Defence and the DFR Adecco contract, further encouraging a strong and ongoing relationship between Adecco and the Commonwealth of Australia.

  • An understanding of defence / defence industry is desirable
  • Experience in balancing administrative deadlines and working under pressure
  • Computer literacy, experience in data entry with a high attention to detail
  • The ability to follow strict policies and processes to meet quality specifications
  • A client-focused and customer-centric attitude and aptitude
  • Excellent communication, time management, and negotiation skills
