We're on the lookout for friendly and motivated Service Consultants to join our client's Contact Centre team. This role offers set hours, working Monday to Friday, 9am to 2pm, plus one Saturday shift each month, so you'll have your afternoons free. 

About the role:

You'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling general enquiries, solving problems, and ensuring every interaction leaves a positive impression. It's about delivering great service, listening to customers, and providing the right solutions while meeting achievable KPIs like customer satisfaction, call quality, and productivity.

About you: 

If you've worked in retail, hospitality, or any customer-facing role, you already have a great foundation for success. What matters most is that you're a strong communicator, enjoy helping people, and have a positive, can-do attitude.

You'll need to be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and eager to learn, with comprehensive training provided to set you up for success.
