Solar & Battery Appointment Setter

About the role

We're not offering another generic call-centre job. Thomas Electrical is a fast-growing solar and battery company on the Gold Coast, and we're looking for a genuine professional appointment setter who wants consistency, strong earning potential, and a team that actually values their work. All leads are hot inbound enquiries from our own branded marketing — never cold leads.

• Calling warm inbound solar & battery enquiries who requested information
• Booking qualified appointments directly into the sales team's calendar
• Managing SMS replies, follow-up emails, and internal communication
• Keeping our CRM accurate and up-to-date
• Working side-by-side with a tight, high-performing sales team
• Hitting targets as a team, not under pressure or pushy scripts

• Minimum 3+ years appointment-setting experience
• Strong communication skills — confident, clear, professional
• Extremely reliable, organised, and detail-driven
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• A team mindset — we hit goals together
• Someone who respects leads and builds rapport quickly
