Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Equity Trustees Full time $80,000 - $120,000 per year

We have a great opportunity for you to join us as part of the Solutions Delivery team at Equity Trustees.

Reporting to the Team Leader (Software Development), you'll focus on delivering high-quality software solutions, supporting the integration, enhancement, and development of applications aligned with strategic business goals. You'll be reviewing business requirements, working with the Enterprise/Solutions Architect, and collaborating at every stage of the SDLC to ensure robust, scalable outcomes.

Longer term, you'll be involved in maintaining and enhancing applications, advising on new solutions, and contributing to integrations across multiple platforms to drive business efficiency and effectiveness.

What you need to succeed:

  • Significant professional software development experience
  • Strong proficiency with .NET framework, Windows/Web application development, and MS SQL Server (including SSIS/SSRS)
  • Experience with web services, APIs, and working with data (XML, JSON, LINQ, Entity Framework)
  • Familiarity with front-end technologies such as JavaScript, JQuery, AngularJS, and Bootstrap
  • Strong software design and troubleshooting skills with proven SDLC experience
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Tertiary qualification in IT, plus relevant certifications (e.g. Microsoft)
