Our Fortitude Valley Showroom is looking for experienced, passionate, and service-driven 3IC leader to support with our high-performing team to create truly unforgettable experiences for every bride.
About you:
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisor, 3IC, or Assistant Store Manager role
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence, with confident, polished, and professional communication
- Driven to exceed expectations and passionate about creating magical, memorable experiences
- Naturally organised with a strong eye for detail
- Adaptable, reliable and efficient at using multiple systems with ease
About the role:
- Full-time position on a Tuesday to Saturday roster
- Support with leading a team of up in high season) to deliver exceptional customer service
- Provide ongoing feedback and coaching to foster a high performance culture
- Maintain a safe, welcoming environment for both team and clients
- Ensure every bridal gown is impeccably presented, clean, and well cared for
