We're looking for someone who's passionate about dough, driven by flavour, and takes pride in the art of pizza-making.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Prepare and cook pizzas to a high standard using traditional techniques
• Work with our beautiful Marana Forni wood/gas pizza oven
• Handle dough preparation, stretching, topping, baking – the full process
• Ensure quality, consistency and speed of service during peak times
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized kitchen environment
• Collaborate with our passionate kitchen team to bring Italian classics to life

What We're Looking For:

• Proven experience as a pizza chef (wood-fired experience highly regarded)
• Strong understanding of dough fermentation and stretching techniques
• A love for authentic Italian cuisine
• Reliable, hardworking and calm under pressure
• Team player with great communication skills
• Flexible availability, including weekends and evenings
