About the Opportunity

Securecorp is currently looking for casual retail guards at a popular retail site in South Australia. If you're passionate about safety and looking to be part of a supportive, professional team — we'd love to hear from you. Apply today and express your interest

Duties and Responsibilities

As part of our team, you will have the chance to:

  • Deliver exceptional security and customer service
  • Guard, patrol, monitor, and control assigned premises
  • Respond to emergencies and alarm events, providing essential support
  • Assess and address potential risks
  • Manage access control
  • Write incident reports and maintain data logs

Key Selection Criteria

We're looking for candidates who:

  • Hold a current SA Security License and valid First Aid & CPR certification
  • Must be well-presented with strong customer service and communication skills
  • Previous corporate or retail security experience an advantage but not essential
  • Must be confident with computers — Microsoft Office, CCTV systems, access control and basic fire panel/fire indicator system awareness (training provided where required)
  • Role involves internal and external patrols across multiple floors, stairwells and plant areas — must be physically fit and comfortable with heights
  • Strong initiative required — able to make decisions on the spot and support senior staff when needed
  • Reliability, punctuality, integrity and a positive attitude are essential
  • 24/7 availability preferred — day shift, night shift and weekends
  • Casual positions available, with development opportunities at Festival Tower 2 and the planned Riverlea shopping precinct

Rostered Hours

Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including nights and weekends, is essential.
