About the Role

You will work under supervision, focusing on sourcing goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, technology, or project management strategies, while maintaining strong supplier relationships based on trust and integrity.

This position will be based at Jandakot, WA.

Key Responsibilities

· Executes procurement processes in accordance with policies, business practices, and work methods in line with Category Management strategy.

· Create a request for quotations (RFQ) and organise competitive bidding from various suppliers to obtain the best quality, delivery and price for goods and services, while maintaining documentation to support a single sole source supplier choice

· Plan the sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing and field operations

· Resolve systemic or process-oriented goods and Invoice receipt issues ( GR/IR) as well as perform analysis

· Assess supplier performance, conduct supplier reviews

· Expedites, de-expedites and issues change orders to meet manufacturing or project needs

Role Requirements

· Strong focus on compliance with the ability to execute Category management strategies in accordance with policies and procedures

· Previous Experience in a procurement or production environment

· A completed undergraduate degree in a technical, business or similar discipline is required

· Strong problem-solving skills

Work Experience

Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
