Responsibilities


About the Role

This is a hands-on role suited to a self-motivated and
customer-focused individual. You'll be responsible for electrical maintenance,
troubleshooting faults, and ensuring high-quality service and output across a
busy industrial site.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform electrical maintenance and fault finding on industrial equipment
  • Install and maintain both new and legacy machinery
  • Work independently or as part of a team to meet service targets
  • Ensure compliance with OH&S and site safety standards
  • Apply PLC knowledge (Allen Bradley, Siemens, Rockwell)
  • Use CMMS systems such as MEX, Mainpac, or SAP
  • Maintain strong communication with site operators and stakeholders
  • Keep accurate records and documentation of work performed

Your Profile

What We're Looking For

  • Unrestricted Australian Electrical Licence (mandatory)
  • Experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and unsupervised
  • Familiarity with PLC systems and industrial automation
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use maintenance software
  • Own hand tools (essential)
  • Forklift licence, First Aid, and Manual Handling training (preferred)
