Cahill Transport is a well-known name in logistics, delivering seamless interstate and local freight, warehousing, and wharf services across Australia.

We're seeking an energetic and reliable Forklift Operator to join our busy Adelaide team on a casual basis. If you have high-reach forklift experience and can handle a physically active, high-volume warehouse role, we want to hear from you

The Role

  • Operating high-reach forklifts in a high-volume warehouse environment.
  • High-volume manual handling of goods (up to 25kg).
  • RF scanning, hand-picking, and packing orders.
  • Loading/unloading trucks and shipping containers.
  • Performing pallet movements in high-rise racking.
  • Stock rotation, labelling, and inventory checks.
  • Following all Chain of Responsibility (CoR) and safety procedures.

Hours

  • Casual role | Monday to Friday, approx. 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM (start/finish times may vary).
  • ASAP start with potential for ongoing work.

About You

  • Current High Risk Forklift Licence (essential).
  • Confident operating high-reach forklifts in a high-volume setting (or willing to learn).
  • Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume manual handling and physically active work.
  • Experience with RF scanners (preferred).
  • Strong safety focus and attention to detail.
  • Reliable, motivated, and a strong team player.
