Position Description

Position Duties/Responsibilities

  • You will manage test projects from start to finish, collaborating with stakeholders to resolve all technical and logistical challenges.
  • You will serve as the primary contact for military, government, and community partners to ensure mission alignment and regional coordination.
  • You will analyze customer needs to identify gaps and advise leadership on long-term capability, investment, and workload planning.
  • You will prepare detailed project reports for leadership and maintain all required administrative, technical, and historical documentation.
  • You will develop and review operational plans and safety documentation to ensure all requirements are met.
  • You will evaluate asset performance, authorize the release of mission data, and resolve technical discrepancies after test events.
  • You will act as the lead for ensuring quality assurance and safety compliance for all assigned projects.
  • You will coordinate with safety officials and technical teams to identify and mitigate risks related to project operations.
  • You will ensure all test activities are conducted according to established safety and environmental policies.
