Todd Devine Homes is one of Victoria's leading modular and residential builders, delivering quality homes and exceptional customer experiences for more than 30 years. With strong growth across private clients, land lease partners and community projects, we are expanding our Permits and Drafting team to support our busy pipeline.

We are looking for a Permit Coordinator who is organised, proactive and confident working in a fast-paced environment. If you enjoy keeping processes running smoothly, collaborating across teams and being the person who gets things sorted, you will be a great fit at TDH.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the preparation, lodgement, tracking and issuing of building permit applications
  • Liaise with councils, building surveyors, engineers and clients to obtain required documentation
  • Maintain accurate permit records, compliance documents and internal tracking
  • Coordinate communication between drafting, estimating, construction and external consultants
  • Manage general administrative tasks including document control, inbox management and client updates
  • Schedule inspections and assist with issuing results
  • Manage the process for issuing Certificates of Occupancy to clients
  • Support the broader Permits and Drafting team with process updates and workflow improvements
About You
  • Experience in an administrative, customer service or coordinator role
  • Background in building, construction, planning or surveying is ideal but not essential
  • Strong organisational and time management skills and you love a structured checklist
  • Clear and confident communicator both written and verbal
  • Able to juggle multiple priorities in a calm and reliable manner
  • Comfortable working with digital systems, forms, portals and internal databases
  • Positive, approachable and steady under pressure
