Melbourne, Victoria, Australia Amer Sports Full time $70,000 - $120,000 per year

If you haven't heard of Amer Sports, you've definitely heard of our iconic global brands – Wilson, Salomon, Arc'teryx, and Atomic. We're an organisation of high-performance sports and outdoor brands that empower people to push boundaries – whether it's on the tennis or basketball court, ski slopes, hiking trails, or golf course.

As our business continues to grow, especially in the retail space, we're looking for a passionate Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR team and help us find and attract the very best people to power our future.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of HR, you will play a pivotal role in driving recruitment across our retail. From sourcing and engaging talent to managing end-to-end recruitment processes, you'll be a trusted partner to our hiring managers and a brand ambassador to every candidate you meet.

This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you'll balance day-to-day recruitment with exciting talent projects, including large-scale hiring campaigns, careers days, and seasonal drives.

What You'll Do

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment for retail roles.
  • Partner with Regional and Store Managers to advise, coach, and support them through the hiring process.
  • Create and manage job advertisements that reflect our brands and attract the right talent.
  • Screen and interview candidates, providing market insights to hiring managers.
  • Oversee onboarding, employment contracts, and ensure a positive candidate experience.
  • Support talent projects, including Christmas recruitment drives and market benchmarking.
  • Build strong relationships across the business, becoming a go-to recruitment partner.

About You

You are energetic, organised, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You love connecting with people, telling the story of great brands, and finding the perfect match between talent and opportunity.

You'll also bring:

  • Proven end-to-end recruitment experience (retail experience highly regarded).
  • Experience with high-volume recruitment in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities.
  • A customer-first mindset, with a passion for delivering great candidate and manager experiences.
  • Familiarity with recruitment systems (we use Workable) and Microsoft Office.

Why Join Us?

  • Work with world-leading sports and outdoor brands.
  • Be part of a collaborative, supportive HR team.
  • Opportunity to shape and deliver exciting talent projects.
  • Career growth and development in a global business.

If you're ready to make an impact, grow your career, and help us find the best talent to join our journey, we'd love to hear from you.

At Amer Sports, we value diversity of experience. If your background doesn't match every requirement but you believe you could add value to the role, we'd love to hear from you.

Apply now and bring your energy, passion, and talent expertise to Amer Sports.
