We are currently seeking a full time Estimator to join our growing team based in Cockburn Central. You will be responsible for managing the estimation and operational aspects of the company's plumbing projects, ensuring their successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates for plumbing projects, including detailed materials, labour, and equipment.
• Ability to purchase all relevant materials required for the project
• Creation of variations and purchase orders when required.
• Source pricing with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Develop and submit detailed quotations and tender submissions.
• Identify potential project risks and cost-saving opportunities.
• Organisation of trades when required.
• Continuously seeking ways to improve estimation and operational processes to drive continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Previous experience as a Plumbing Estimator or relevant experience in the plumbing/construction industry.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing materials, systems, and industry regulations.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in estimating software; Blue Beam, Simpro or Job Management Software, Adobe, Microsoft Excel and Office
• Ability to work under deadlines and manage multiple estimates simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with a range of stakeholders
