Senior Environmental Scientist to join a consultancy handling Mining / Quarry focused projects & providing a variety of environmental, planning and consents advice across NSW.

This isn't your typical consulting role, instead, you'll provide high-level strategy to clients looking to explore, expand, open, operate and close a site.

This is a team that gets excited by solving problems, identifying challenges and bringing projects to life. If this sounds like you, you've found like minds.

In more detail:

  • Help deliver Environmental Impact Assessments, Management Plans, Audits, Advice and General consultancy work
  • Clients like Rio Tinto, Austral Bricks, various Gold, Silver and Metals Producers, right down to bespoke mining operations
  • As a rule they do not undertake Coal Projects
  • Team of 25 consultants dispersed across NSW, the bulk in Chatswood – WFH is as flexible as you want it, literally. Equally, office environment exists in Chatswood

The Consultancy:

With a 45 year history across 1,100+ sites in NSW, their workload is continuous based purely on reputation and experience – they never pitch for work, they do however turn a lot of it away and that is why they need a Senior set of hands, someone with 10+ year's experience to come in and take some load off the Principals.
