The Cheesecake Shop Albury is looking for a skilled and enthusiastic Baker to join our busy team in an ongoing, long term capacity

About the Role:

In this hands-on role, you'll be baking a delicious variety of our most-loved cakes, including:

• Our signature rich Mudcakes

• Our light & fluffy sponges

• Our classic Baked Cheesecakes

• Our tangy lemon meringue pies

• Our beautiful pavlovas

You'll be working in a fast-paced, high-volume bakery where consistency, attention to detail, and efficiency are key.

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum of 1 year experience in a high volume and busy hospitality, bakery or commercial kitchen environment

• Ability to follow established recipes and procedures with accuracy

• Strong time management and organisational skills

• Reliable, hardworking, and a true team player

• Baking/pastry qualifications are highly desirable, but not essential if you've got the experience
