Join the team at Gold Coast Private Hospital as an Enrolled Nurse We're looking for an experienced professional to bring their skills to our Oncology ward on a part-time basis. You will play a key role within a supportive team, ensuring exceptional patient care is being delivered.

With 22 operating theatres, Gold Coast Private Hospital offers a wide range of specialties including, but not limited to, 24/7 Emergency Care, Medical Services, Orthopaedics, Bariatrics, Neurosurgery, Plastic Surgery, ENT (Ear, Nose, and Throat), General Surgery, Obstetrics, Cardiac Care, and Oncology.

As an Enrolled Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

• Deliver safe, researched-based standards of nursing care to individuals/groups under the direction and supervision (either indirect or direct) of the RN
• Work collaboratively with the wider healthcare team to support patient care needs
• Act as a role model for Safe Practice
• Administer medications according to state law and organisation policy
• Have demonstrated ongoing commitment to professional development

Essential Criteria:

• Current Registration with AHPRA
• Minimum 1-year acute experience
• Med and IV endorsed
• Commitment to quality patient care
• Compliance with ACSQHC National standards
• Sound clinical decision making and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Works well independently and within a team
