What your day will look like….
You'll work closely with nurses, midwives, and educators in a Dynamic emergency environment, supporting clinical learning and fostering professional growth at every level of practice. Your role will see you guiding staff through complex clinical scenarios, coaching them to strengthen their confidence and competence, and helping translate evidence-based knowledge into practice. You'll collaborate across teams to identify learning needs, design meaningful development opportunities, and ensure care standards are met and exceeded. Every day, you'll play a key part in shaping a supportive, skilled, and empowered workforce that delivers the highest quality emergency care to the Kingaroy community.
