Counter Balance FLD

We are currently seeking an experienced and safety-focused Counterbalance Forklift Operators to join a reputable team in Townsville. This is a fantastic opportunity offering ongoing, stable work with the potential to transition into a permanent role.

• Afternoon shift - 2:30 PM start
• Morning Shift - 7:00 am start

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently
• Handle the movement, stacking, and storage of goods and materials
• Load and unload trucks in accordance with safety procedures
• Conduct routine equipment checks and report maintenance needs
• Assist with general warehouse operations and housekeeping
• Follow site safety protocols and contribute to a safe working environment

About You:

• Current forklift licence with demonstrated counterbalance experience
• Strong understanding of warehouse operations and safety standards
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team
• Good communication skills and attention to detail
