About the role:

CSR looking for an experienced Afternoon Shift Supervisor (Monday - Friday, 2pm - 10pm) to join our Ingleburn team. In this role, you'll be the driving force behind operational excellence during the afternoon shift, ensuring smooth logistics, safety compliance, and outstanding customer service. You'll lead a motivated team, foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement, and play a key role in delivering on our commitment to safety, sustainability, and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee afternoon shift operations 2pm - 10pm, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance.
  • Liaise with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Promote safety culture and ensure adherence to WHS&E and COR requirements.
  • Support investigations into customer complaints and safety incidents.
  • Assist with inventory accuracy through cycle counts and stocktakes.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team with clear communication and accountability.

What You'll Bring

  • Previous supervisory experience in a warehouse or distribution environment.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and compliance requirements.
  • Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced setting.
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required.
