Junior Carpenter, Patios / Civil Works Assistant

Powellcon is seeking a motivated junior team member ready to start their career in carpentry and civil construction.

This hands-on role offers the chance to learn from experienced tradesmen, gain site experience, and develop a well-rounded skillset across both building and civil works.

Role Responsibilities

• Assist with general carpentry (Patios, Facades & Hard-scapes.)

• Support civil and site preparation tasks

• Operate or assist with machinery under supervision

• Maintain a safe and tidy worksite

• Learn trade techniques and on-the-job practices

Requirements

• Genuine interest in carpentry or construction

• White Card (or willingness to obtain)

• Current driver's licence or reliable transport

• Strong work ethic and positive attitude

• Punctual, reliable, and team-focused

• Valid Australian work visa or appropriate work rights
