As a Senior Customer Experience Designer, you'll play a pivotal role in transforming insights into impactful solutions that reduce pain points and add value for both customers and the business.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer research and insight-driven design during discovery phases.
- Map customer journeys and identify pain points across digital and physical touchpoints.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mock-ups using tools like Figma or Adobe XD.
- Facilitate co-design workshops and apply design thinking and lean methodologies.
- Develop customer experience strategies aligned with operational processes.
- Influence senior leadership through compelling business cases and strategic recommendations.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and contribute to continuous improvement.
What You'll Bring
- 2–5 years of experience in CX/UX design, ideally within the health sector.
- Proficiency in human-centered design, user testing, and customer research.
- Experience with LEAN or Six Sigma methodologies (Green Belt desirable).
- Strong visual design and UX capabilities.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management skills.
- A proactive, customer-focused mindset with a drive for results.
