Customer Experience

• Create a welcoming, personalised experience for every customer
• Deliver styling advice that's fun, relevant, and tailored to individual vibes
• Share your product knowledge with confidence and passion
• Support with sales, returns, gift cards and customer enquiries
• Exceed expectations at every turn — whether there's a purchase or not
• Be a proud ambassador for the Stylerunner brand and culture

Team & Culture

• Work alongside a supportive, high-energy, style-savvy team
• Celebrate wins (big and small) and uplift those around you
• Bring a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and hunger to learn
• Collaborate with your Store Manager to smash store goals
