Electrical Teacher / Trainer – Gold Coast

Are you a qualified electrician ready to take the next step in your career? We're looking for an experienced and passionate Electrical Teacher to join our training team in Gold Coast.

About the Role

As an Electrical Teacher, you'll deliver high-quality training and assessment for students enrolled in our Certificate III in Electrotechnology Electrician and related programs. You'll share your industry knowledge, guide apprentices, and help shape the next generation of skilled electricians.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver and assess accredited training in Electrotechnology.
  • Prepare lesson plans, practical assessments, and learning resources.
  • Support and mentor students to achieve competency.
  • Maintain accurate training and assessment records.
  • Ensure compliance with RTO and industry standards.

Requirements

  • Current Queensland Electrical Work Licence.
  • EEHA course,
  • Minimum Certificate IV in Electrotechnology Electrician (or equivalent).
  • TAE40116 or TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment.
  • Minimum 3 years' recent industry experience.
  • Strong communication and mentoring skills.
  • Commitment to safety and quality education.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $60.00 – $85.07 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
