Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team in Ashgrove. This role is key to driving AEC's growth in the renewable energy sector identifying opportunities, building strong client relationships, delivering strategic initiatives, and actively contributing to maintaining and strengthening AEC's collaborative and supportive company culture.

Key Responsibilities


• Identify and develop new business opportunities in renewables and energy infrastructure.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders


• Drive strategic business development and growth


• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver end-to-end energy solutions


• Represent AEC at industry events, forums, and networking opportunities.

Skills & Experience


• Proven experience as a business development manager, sales manager, or account manager.


• Commercially astute with strategic thinking capability


• Proactive, results-driven, and passionate about sustainability


• Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, able to build rapport with a diverse range of clients.
