We're a growing crew working across the Melbourne metro area. Thanks to a surge in new projects, we're looking for skilled Bricklayers and experienced Labourers who are ready to hit the ground running and uphold the best standards expected in the game.


What You'll Get:

  • Solid hourly pay: $35–$45/hr (casual) + super

What We're Looking For - Skills and Attributes:

We're building a team that's not just skilled, but dependable, driven, and team-first. To be a strong fit, you'll need:

  • Proven experience as a Bricklayer or experienced Brickies Labourer
  • Reliable, punctual, organised and deadline-driven
  • Strong workmanship with a high attention to detail and a good eye for quality work
  • Excellent time management and strong communication skills, a team player that can take direction and provide support to others
  • A keen attitude to grow with the team, with progression opportunities for those who can lead, liaise with supervisors, enforce WHS safety standards, and manage reporting using workplace technology
  • A reliable car, valid licence, and your own tools
  • Right to work full-time in Australia (No sponsorship available)

Required:

  • Certificate III in Bricklaying/Block laying with proven experience (Bricklayers)
  • Working With Children's Check
  • Construction White/Red Card
  • Ability to pass a Police Check
