Compass Group Australia will deliver essential support services at the new Footscray and Frankston hospitals, two of Victoria's largest health infrastructure projects. We will provide vital services, including patient services, environmental services, food, security, help desk, and more. As public hospitals with clinical services provided by Western Health and Peninsula Health, these state-of-the-art facilities will play a key role in supporting the community—be part of something bigger and help shape the future of healthcare in Victoria.

THE ROLE

  • Monitor CCTV, alarms, and electronic systems to maintain real-time oversight of hospital activity.
  • Coordinate with security staff and emergency teams during incidents, giving clear and timely direction.
  • Keep accurate records of security events, system checks, and daily activities.
  • Support emergency response by providing fast, reliable information and coordination.

THE PERSON

  • Certificate II Security Operations mandatory (CPP20218) or higher.
  • Confident using CCTV and security control room systems.
  • Strong situational awareness, calm under pressure, and fast decision-making.
  • Clear, assertive communication and ability to follow security procedures.
