THE ROLE
- Monitor CCTV, alarms, and electronic systems to maintain real-time oversight of hospital activity.
- Coordinate with security staff and emergency teams during incidents, giving clear and timely direction.
- Keep accurate records of security events, system checks, and daily activities.
- Support emergency response by providing fast, reliable information and coordination.
THE PERSON
- Certificate II Security Operations mandatory (CPP20218) or higher.
- Confident using CCTV and security control room systems.
- Strong situational awareness, calm under pressure, and fast decision-making.
- Clear, assertive communication and ability to follow security procedures.
