About the Role

Reporting to the Head of FP&A, you'll play a key role in financial planning, analysis, and decision support across our hospitality division. You'll work closely with leaders across hotels, restaurants, bars, and investment projects to deliver insights, improve performance, and ensure financial integrity.

This role is hands-on, analytical, and collaborative—with exposure to BI tools, NetSuite, Excel, and a wide range of commercial initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse weekly/monthly financial reports
  • Track KPIs and support performance improvement initiatives
  • Build financial models for business cases and strategic projects
  • Analyse sales mix and product margins to drive profitability
  • Support reporting automation and process improvements
  • Maintain master data accuracy and governance
  • Validate BI dashboards and financial reports across platforms

What You'll Bring

  • CA or CPA qualified with a Bachelor's in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 5+ years' experience in FP&A and commercial analysis
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling skills
  • Experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems (NetSuite)
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • A detail-oriented mindset with a passion for data integrity
