The Role
Reporting to the Selections Team Leader, you will work with the customer to gain an understanding of their lifestyle, design preferences, and budget to ensure you can assist them to make selections that best suit their current and future priorities and requirements.
- Advise and guide customers with their selections to personalise their home
- Provide support with a range of selections including exterior materials, finishes and colours, flooring, kitchens, bathrooms and other interior features
- Manage customer documentation and ensure file notes are completed after all customer appointments
- Ensure Retail Centre is well maintained and presented to a high standard
- Consistently develop product knowledge of materials, display homes and current trends
- Liaise with relevant internal departments to assist customers with any queries
- Actively participate in project work to improve the customer experience
You
You will need to be a self-driven individual with exceptional people skills and a passion for home building and interiors
We are also seeking the following skills and experiences:
- Interior Design or similar qualification desirable
- Fun, energetic and approachable attitude
- Competency in Microsoft Office applications
- Be able to meet deadlines whilst maintaining attention to detail
- High standard of personal presentation
- Ability to build relationships with socially and culturally diverse customer base
- Ability to read and understand residential building plans
