About the Role
We are currently seeking a passionate and enthusiastic OOSH Educator to join our growing team. You'll be responsible for supervising and engaging children aged 5–12 in fun, educational, and age-appropriate activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise children during After School Care Hours
- Plan and implement engaging activities
- Documentation such as learning stories, journals and planning cycle
- Maintain a safe and positive environment
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and staff
- Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and compliance regulations (NQF, NQS, My Time Our Place)
About You
- Genuine passion for working with children
- Ability to work as part of a collaborative team
- Reliable, flexible, and proactive
- Experience in OOSH or a similar setting is a plus, but not essential
Requirements
- Working With Children Check (WWCC)
- First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis & Asthma Management certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Knowledge of My Time Our Place Framework (preferred)
- Must hold a valid Australian Drivers Licence
