Do you thrive in dynamic, complex environments where calm thinking, emotional intelligence, and teamwork make a real difference?

High Standards, High Support – We seek team members who value professionalism, self- regulation, and relational integrity. No uniforms required—just bring your best self.
Meaningful Training – Comprehensive development in Positive Behaviour Support, trauma- informed care, safety planning, and evidence-based intervention techniques.
Potential Over Paperwork – Whether you're an experienced support worker, psychology/social work student, career changer, or bring lived experience—if you can stay calm under pressure, think critically, and connect authentically, we want to hear from you.
