As A DiUS consultant, you will be working on different projects and businesses, and will cut across a range of digital capabilities, while increasingly factoring in AI powered engineering practices.

This is a hands on role - partnering with our DiUS developers and different clients to develop and deliver custom software products and digital solutions, getting the most of their technology landscape, and leaving them in a better place. This role is not just about systems and coding - it's about asking the right questions, understanding the problem and need, thinking outside the box, having good agile and clean code practices, developing strong relationships and collaborating on the bigger picture.

About you:

You will have a background as a full stack software engineer, with solid experience in .net frameworks. You will have breadth across various back end, front end and cloud platforms and adaptable to different client needs - one project might need you to design a new system and platform features, the next may be deploying AI solutions.

Whether you've worked in professional services before, or have experience working across projects, you are a natural consultant who loves to understand problems, come up with solutions, and find the pathway forward.

Main Tech Skills Needed:

  • Full-stack software engineer with 8+ years of experience in various back end and front end tech languages such as: Node, C#, .net, Python, Java, Typescript/JavaScript, React, Angular, Vue
  • Experience in leveraging AI tools across the software development lifecycle to automate & streamline processes
  • Purposeful design and implementation of software solutions (yes, from scratch)
  • Commercial experience deploying code into the cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP)
  • Solid level of proficiency in modern architectural practices
  • Experience in data engineering and/or development of AI solutions will be highly regarded

Main Consulting Skills Needed:

  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to understand and refine requirements, and iterating on delivery outcomes
  • Able to problem solve and identify purposeful solutions, factoring in how to integrate into a wider solution/system
  • Able to navigate a range of client environments and adapt to different paces, from the complexity of a large enterprise or influencing in a fast-paced start-up
  • Excellent presentation & communication skills
  • Ability to quickly adapt to different team needs and paces
  • Can navigate through ambiguity and find a way forward
  • Collaborate across teams and at all levels of an organisation
  • Able to efficiently self manage and coordinate / prioritise tasks and workload
  • Curious with a growth mindset, always seeking to learn and investing in own development
