Located in the heart of Halls Gap, and set against the spectacular landscape of Gariwerd / Grampians National Park, Silverband Lodge is the perfect base for school excursions and journey-based programs, corporate retreats, family reunions or large group stays. Nestled on 47 acres of bushland flush with native flora and fauna, at Silverband Lodge you have access to the vast trails and natural wonders of the National Park whilst enjoying convenient access to the facilities and services on offer in Halls Gap.

Silverband Lodge is currently recruiting for a Cook position to join our team. So, if you're passionate about going above and beyond for guests, making sure everyone enjoys their experience, and having fun along the way, we would love to hear from you.

You will work alongside our fabulous team in the kitchen creating, prepping and cooking a variety of meals/dishes. This includes providing meal alternatives for guests with dietary needs and maintaining food health and safety standards. Whether they're attending school and holiday camps, or retreats you'll get satisfaction from seeing someone devour your culinary creation.

As part of our hospitality services team, you'll have a passion for food, ready to unleash your creativity with a flair for flavour and ingredients. Ongoing mentoring and coaching will be provided to all positions with the chance to hone your skills and experience by assisting our Hospitality Services team to provide a clean and comfortable venue and serving up tasty and nutritious meals to our guests to ensure that they have an exceptional stay.

All roles will also extend beyond the confines of the kitchen by lending a hand at meal times to serve food and drinks, helping to prepare dining areas, function spaces and accommodation ready for guest service, entertainment and stays no matter what day of the week.
