About the Role

We're looking for a reliable, self-sufficient Repair & Maintenance Tradie to join our expanding team in Darwin. AusMCo delivers high-quality, no-fuss repairs and property maintenance across homes, units, and commercial properties — backed by the NT's largest real estate network.

You'll be responsible for day-to-day carpentry and general building maintenance jobs across the Top End. The right person will be practical, problem-solving, and ready to get stuck in.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Door repairs and replacements (handles, hinges, latches, etc.)

  • Basic carpentry and cabinetry repairs

  • Patch & paint work (interior and exterior)

  • Minor roof repairs (sheeting, flashing, leaks)

  • Window repairs and replacements

  • Gutter, gate, and fence fixes

  • Weatherproofing, sealing, and general make-safes

  • Other tasks which may be outside of usual scope of works

  • App-based job management (easy to use)

Skills & Experience:

  • Carpentry background with strong repair & maintenance skills

  • Eye for detail and a clean finish

  • Comfortable using tools and problem-solving on-site

  • Reliable, tidy, and respectful in clients' homes

What You'll Need:

  • Own ute (or reliable work vehicle)

  • Own basic tools

  • NT Driver's Licence

  • White Card

  • Police clearance (or willing to obtain)
