Responsibilities:

  • Safely and efficiently transport automotive parts to customer locations within designated routes and timeframes.
  • Load and unload products, ensuring proper handling and securing of items to prevent damage.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by delivering orders in a timely and professional manner.
  • Interact with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, representing Jollys Auto Parts with professionalism and integrity.
  • Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including invoices and customer signatures.
  • Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate department.
  • Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure accurate picking and packing of orders for delivery.
  • Assisting Parts pullers by removing parts from cars that have been ordered.
  • Assisting Warehouse team members with stock input.

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Proven experience as a delivery driver / Storeman or in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of local routes and areas.
  • Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical tasks associated with loading and unloading.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of reliability.
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with automotive parts and the ability to handle them safely is a plus.
