Join Our Team – Full-Time Paralegal/Law Graduate Opportunity

WMW Lawyers is a long-established and highly regarded law firm proudly serving the Northern Beaches community. Our mission is to provide clients with exceptional personal service, and we are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Law Graduate to join our team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

You will work closely with our Principals and professional staff across a broad range of legal areas including:

  • Leasing
  • Conveyancing
  • Wills & Estates
  • Litigation
  • General legal matters

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence
  • Liaising with clients
  • File and matter management
  • Using PEXA for property transactions
  • Supporting the team with general administrative and legal tasks
About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High levels of initiative and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excellent time management and organisational abilities
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively in a team environment

Proficiency in legal software is highly regarded – experience with LEAP is preferred but not essential (training will be provided). Experience with PEXA is essential.
