Accelerate Tutoring is a rapidly growing Sydney-based education company delivering high-quality tutoring across Maths, English, Science, Engineering Studies, and Economics. We are seeking an ambitious and motivated Marketing Intern to join our team and help drive student enrolments and brand growth.

This role is ideal for a current university student looking to gain hands-on experience in marketing, communications, and business development while earning generous commissions for each successful enrolment secured.

About the Role

As a Marketing Intern at Accelerate Tutoring, you will play a key role in expanding our student base and strengthening our digital presence. You will work directly with the director and senior tutors to promote services, convert leads, and represent our brand confidently to families and students.

This is a commission-based role, meaning your earnings are directly linked to your performance. High performers have excellent earning potential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Promote Accelerate Tutoring across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Create and publish engaging marketing content (posts, short videos, captions, stories)
  • Contact and follow up with parents and prospective students via phone and messages
  • Convert enquiries into bookings and student sign-ups
  • Assist with brand awareness and campaign execution
  • Provide basic market insights and feedback to support growth conversations

What we're looking for

  • Currently studying at university (Marketing, Business, Communications or related fields preferred — but not essential)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable talking to parents and students
  • Strong social media literacy and content creation skills
  • Self-motivated and results-driven mindset
  • Basic understanding of lead-generation, sales or digital marketing (preferred but not required)
  • Organised, professional, and reliable
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
