Cptn Jack's is a stunning waterfront restaurant delivering relaxed-but-refined dining with a creative, share-style menu and a vibrant cocktail program. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew and help us keep raising the bar.

About the role

As Chef de Partie, you'll:

  • Lead your section with consistency and care
  • Uphold high standards of prep, plating, and service speed
  • Support senior chefs with menu execution and seasonal changeovers
  • Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
  • Contribute to a positive, team-driven kitchen culture
About you
  • 2+ years' experience in a similar role in premium a la carte or fine dining
  • Reliable, organised, and detail-driven
  • Calm under pressure, with strong communication skills
  • Passionate about food, flavour, and continuous improvement
