Chef de Partie – Cptn Jack's(Yaringa Boat Harbour – Mornington Peninsula)
Cptn Jack's is a stunning waterfront restaurant delivering relaxed-but-refined dining with a creative, share-style menu and a vibrant cocktail program. We're looking for a Chef de Partie to join our kitchen crew and help us keep raising the bar.

As Chef de Partie, you'll:
- Lead your section with consistency and care
- Uphold high standards of prep, plating, and service speed
- Support senior chefs with menu execution and seasonal changeovers
- Maintain strict food safety and hygiene practices
- Contribute to a positive, team-driven kitchen culture
- 2+ years' experience in a similar role in premium a la carte or fine dining
- Reliable, organised, and detail-driven
- Calm under pressure, with strong communication skills
- Passionate about food, flavour, and continuous improvement
