Arboriculture Industry | Sunshine Coast | Casual/Permanent Roles Available
Transform Tree Care is an established Arboriculture business run by a qualified and experienced Arborist. We are looking for one to two new team members to join our growing business based on the Sunshine Coast. You'll be working directly with the owner most days, gaining hands-on experience and career progression in the tree care industry.

About the position:
This is a hands-on role, and elements of the job involve:
- Branch dragging and clean-up
- Safe chainsaws use
- Knot tying & ground-based rigging
- Developing tree knowledge
With progression into:
- Advanced tree climbing
- Arborist trade skills & qualifications
- Licences and tickets
Who We're Looking For:
This is not your average job – it's physical, hands-on, and not for the faint-hearted. We're seeking someone who has the following:
- Reliable and trustworthy
- A passion for either working outdoors, the environment, a job that allows you to keep fit, or all of the above
- Comfortable with heights and machinery use (chainsaws, stump grinders, chippers and more)
- A genuine interest in building a career in arboriculture
- A driver's licence and/or reliable transport
Desirable but not necessary:
- A truck licence
- Experience in the tree industry
