Full-Time Marketing & Content Coordinator
$60-70k (Inclusive of Superannuation)
Do you have an eye for content and a love of interiors? Blink Living is searching for a Marketing & Content Coordinator who's just as comfortable behind a camera as they are helping style a space. This role is a mix of marketing and on-site styling support - perfect for someone who wants variety, creativity, and to be part of a fast-moving team.
ABOUT USBlink Living is the Sunshine Coast's largest property styling company, with over 3,000 homes styled since 2008. Our work is all about influencing purchase decisions through style - creating interiors that buyers connect with emotionally, and helping sellers achieve results beyond their expectations.
ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a hands-on role where no two days look the same. You'll be out on site capturing behind-the-scenes content, finished projects, and everything in between. You'll also roll up your sleeves and help our styling team bring homes to life.
Key responsibilities include:
- Content Capture: Film and photograph installs, styled homes, and behind-the-scenes moments. Edit and prepare content for social media.
- Social Media & Marketing: Manage our platforms, create captions, and keep our audience engaged. Contribute ideas for campaigns, emails, and blogs.
- AI Tools for Content: Use AI tools to help with repurposing content, improving efficiency, and keeping Blink's marketing fresh and consistent.
- On-Site Styling Support: Assist the team during installs - moving furniture, unpacking, making beds, or adding finishing touches.
- Brand Growth: Work with our Marketing Manager to build Blink's brand, ensuring our style and message are consistent across all channels.
- A strong eye for detail and creativity when capturing and editing content.
- Confidence with Canva, Adobe, or similar tools.
- Great writing and communication skills.
- A proactive, flexible, can-do attitude.
- Comfort with physical, hands-on work - sometimes it's moving furniture, assisting with artwork, or styling accessories.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle multiple tasks.
- Curiosity and openness to learning and working with AI tools.
- A unique role that blends creativity with styling experience.
- Work alongside some of the Sunshine Coast's most talented designers.
- Be part of a collaborative, supportive team with a track record of outstanding results.
- Learn the business of property styling from the inside out - marketing and styling combined.
- Based on the Sunshine Coast, working on beautiful homes and projects every week.
- Permanent full-time role, Monday to Friday.
- Applicants must be eligible to work in Australia and have a Driver's Licence and vehicle.
Shortlisted applicants will first be invited to a phone interview.
Successful candidates will then be offered a trial day - you'll join us on site to experience what the role is like, support the team, and capture content to create a reel.
