We're Hiring Boilermakers – Join Our Growing Team

Location: Tonsley Innovation District, SA

Specialised Solutions is expanding, and we're on the lookout for qualified Boilermakers and First Class Welders who take pride in their work and want to be part of a team delivering high-quality fabrication across major projects.

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Fabrication and welding of structural and architectural steel components
  • Working with a variety of materials across a variety of industry sectors
  • Reading and interpreting shop drawings
  • Maintaining high standards of quality and workshop safety

What We're Looking For

We're after New team members with the skills and drive to hit the ground running. Ideally, you'll bring:

  • Proven experience in your chosen role.
  • A strong work ethic and problem solving capability
  • Awareness of workplace safety, and willingness to promote and work in a safe environment.
  • Available to work overtime as required.
  • A current forklift license would be an advantage, although not essential.

Who You Are

You'll be someone with:

  • Applicants must have full working rights in Australia as visa sponsorship is not available for this role.
  • Excellent English language and communication skills.
  • A proactive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.
